Adair W. Heitmann

Adair Heitmann is award-winning and commercially published as a contributing author in Animals: Personal Tales of Encounters with Spirit Animals 2022. She was selected by the international visual storytelling experience PechaKucha Night Bridgeport to create and present Creativity is the Mother of Reinvention in 2021. She is currently working in book arts, haiku, and non-fiction stories. She was the co-author of Fairfield Public Library's Fairfield Writers Blog for six years and currently blogs on her Creativity and Wellness blog at adairheitmann.com. During her professional careers she has been an exhibiting fine artist, graphic designer, health and wellness consultant, communications director, educator, and has written persuasive marketing collateral and articles for diverse organizations. Her essays and poems are published in anthologies and literary journals online and in print. She is a recipient of a visual artist grant from the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism.
